Observation of a stranger

The observed is a stranger the observer met on a bus who is a middle-aged woman.
Observation note:

The observer got on the bus and sit face-to-face with the observed. She glanced at me when I chose the seat and sat down. Then she turned to look out of the window. After a few seconds, she started to look for something in her pockets and a bag put besides her. She took out a napkin and wiped her nose and then put the napkin back to her bag. After a few seconds, she took out the phone and started to play it. During this time, she repeated some movements like typing on the phone, putting the phone close to her ear. And sometimes she wiped the phone with his hand. She glanced me again and then looked around. Afterwards, she typed something and put the phone to her ear, which seems that she tries to call someone or listened to the voice clip. Someone sitting close to her wanted to get off the bus so she gave way to that person. Then a new passenger got on and sat next to her across the corridor. She glanced that person quickly and looked back to her phone again. She started typing again and looked up sometimes, seeming to think about something. She smiled once and glanced me for several times during the process. And also, she turned up the sound of her phone sometimes when she put the phone close to her ear. A new passenger got on and sat next to her. She glanced that person not immediately but after one or two minutes. She played her phone for around 10 minutes and put her phone back to the bag. She closed her eyes, moved her neck and signed. Then she looked out of the window and sometimes at her hands. After repeating these movements for several times. She took out a bottle of water from her bag and drank. After that, she glanced the new passenger, looked around and yawned.  She put her hands on her bag and it seemed that she was going to get off. Just a few seconds later, she stood up and moved to the backdoor. She bus stopped and she got off.
